Chute Lining
Engineered, latest technology, high quality and high performance anti-wear abrasion resistant chute lining including polyurethane wear liners and rubber wear liners make a noticeable difference to the ongoing belt conveyor and bulk materials handling maintenance requirements, operational costs and engineered belt conveyor productivity improvements.
Each lining application must be evaluated properly, taking consideration all aspects of the material being handled. These factors primarily determine the grade of the lining media used.
K-Slide Low Friction Lining Products offers low co-efficent of friction, abrasion, corrosion resistance and help to solve flow problems such as rat-holing, bridging and caking. Blockages and flow problems are frequently encountered because of poor chute design and varying moisture content.
In areas of heavy impact and fast-moving material, the K-Redi-Liner® Polyurethane ensures your equipment is protected. Suitable for conveyor transfer points, high wear chutes, screen discharge, feed liners, hoppers and loading areas - engineered liner will provide the solid shield you need. The K-Redi-Liner® Ceramic as an addition incorporates alumina ceramic beads which are firmly embedded in the polyurethane.
Both are a unique modular design with a bolt system that can be arranged into any pattern that you require and fit into tighter more specialised wear positions. Single 305mm x 305mm panels can be easily replaced rather than an entire liner, saving both time and money. Compared with traditional steel, they are very light weight. This reduces OH&S hazards during their installation.
